We want every member to get real value from BLH. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
1. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment in Coaching Success Builder, provided you have not consumed more than the introductory modules.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@businesslifestylehub.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, registered email, and date of enrollment
- Briefly describe the reason for your request
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
- Requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible
- Programs purchased through promotional or partnership offers may have different terms
- Community-only memberships, downloadable resources, and digital templates are non-refundable once accessed
